Our story
RefrdBy started with a simple observation: the best local businesses grow almost entirely through word of mouth — but almost none of them have a system for it.
Clients were happily referring friends, but there was no tracking, no reward, no acknowledgment. Business owners were leaving their most powerful growth channel completely unmanaged — not because they didn't care, but because every solution out there was too complicated, too expensive, or built for enterprise marketing teams.
